* Ray Ward: Director Ray Ward
*
Ray obtained a BSc Hons. Production Engineering & Management in 1977, but chose to follow a sales career and joined Xerox as a graduate sales trainee. Ray spent eleven successful years with Xerox in a variety of Sales, Management and Training roles. He won many accolades along the way and he was latterly responsible for all Xerox Sales Training in Scotland.After Xerox, Ray spent a year with a major Search & Selection firm before starting his own consulting business in 1990, specialising in assessment and selection of management and sales professionals.Ray believes strongly in establishing robust sales processes, which drive sales activity and is responsible for creating the XRX New Business Engine model.

* Andy Waugh: Associate

Andy has a wealth of experience of corporate sales and sales management and has operated in almost every industry sector.

During a successful career at BT, he was responsible for generating substantial revenue growth as Account Director for one of the UK’s leading banking groups.

More recently, he has enjoyed considerable success in the Government sector, where he led and managed successful bids for £multi-million PFI contracts.

Andy’s experience adds yet more depth to the XRX team. His knowledge of managing large scale sales campaigns is of immense value to smaller companies trying to penetrate the Government market and, specifically those involved in bidding for PFI contracts.

* Catherine Lavery: Associate

Formely Head of Marketing and UK Line of Business Manager for Business Intelligence at Newall and Budge, Catherine has also held senior management positions with major International and UK based ICT companies, throughout her successful career. Now specialising in consulting related to business strategy, Catherine is an expert on the Balanced Scorecard Methodology of strategy development.
